Not in Visakhapatnam?
2 h 34 min, starting at sunset.
Nirnaya Sindhu quotes Vyasa: “trimuhūrtaḥ pradoṣaḥ syād bhānāv astaṃ gate sati”, that is, Pradosh is the three muhurtas after the sun has set. Three of the night's fifteen muhurtas are its first fifth, worked out from this city's own sunset.
Why Pradosh begins at 5:20 PM in Visakhapatnam
Sunset, and with it Pradosh, comes 5 minutes earlier in Visakhapatnam than in New Delhi (5:25 PM). Visakhapatnam lies 6.0° east of New Delhi. The Earth turns through that in about 24 minutes, so on longitude alone the sun sets 24 minutes earlier here. Visakhapatnam's latitude takes back 19 minutes of that: it changes the length of the day and of the night.
